Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review the following terms carefully before returning any product. These policies apply to all orders — no exceptions.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original purchased packaging and quantity.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on eligible items.

  • A valid RA# (Return Authorization) must be obtained before shipping items back. RA#s are time-sensitive and must be used within 15 days of issue. Returns received after that period will be refused.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 35–50% restocking charge.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. No exceptions.

Non-Refundable & Ineligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Discounted or promotional items (sales are final once discounts are applied)

  • Special-order items

  • Used tools or parts

  • Replacement parts, blades, tips, and nozzles

  • Opened consumables (adhesives, discs, blades, compounds, etc.)

  • Clearance or close-out items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are issued electronically on our side, but please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

No Return on Used Tools

Used tools cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us for factory-testing instructions.
If the manufacturer determines the item is defective, a replacement will be provided.
If no defect is found, you are responsible for return shipping.
Note: Slight visual or color variations between product images and actual items do not qualify as defects.

Warranty Information

All products include a full manufacturer’s warranty when used for their intended purpose.
Warranties are void if the product is used with materials or equipment it was not designed for.
Warranty claims, repairs, and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Fast Ship Tools will gladly assist you in obtaining the proper contact information.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, reply to your order confirmation email with “CANCEL” and include your order number.
Cancellations must be made before the order ships.
If the order has already shipped, a 35–50% restocking fee will apply, and the refund will only be processed once the items are received back.
Refused or undeliverable shipments will also incur this restocking charge.

Shipping & Return Conditions

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs.
Free-shipping items that are returned will have the outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.
We ship to the exact address provided during checkout — please double-check for accuracy before placing your order.
All shipments must be properly packaged; items returned in damaged or incomplete condition may be refused.

Freight Terminal Pick-Up Option

Terminal pickup allows your package to be received at a freight facility and held for up to 3 business days.
Proper identification of the purchaser is required for pickup.
This option works especially well for small businesses, as it allows you to pick up your shipment at your convenience instead of waiting all day for a delivery truck — keeping you on the job and productive.
We may not determine the terminal address before shipping some direct-from-factory items.

Failure to pick up within 3 business days may result in additional fees for shipping or storage.

If you need to return an item, contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.

By purchasing from Fast Ship Tools, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy and all other site policies.
Customers are responsible for any collection or attorney fees arising from this transaction.
Fast Ship Tools reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
