This heat weld flooring nozzle is designed to fit Leister heat weld hand tools. The 4mm narrow nozzle has a small throat opening for precise heat welding on resilient floor coverings.
Whether you're working with PVC, non-PVC, or other commercial flooring materials, this nozzle provides the rounded point needed to create seamless, monolithic surfaces. The rounded point helps the seam blend into the surrounding floor.
The nozzle set includes the 4mm-N narrow nozzle, a ramrod, and a steel brush, so cleaning the opening and removing melted rod is part of the kit.
Before welding, always consult flooring manufacturer instructions for recommended rod, nozzle size, and other heat welding specifications. Matching the nozzle to the rod size keeps the welded seam consistent, and cleaning the opening after each use helps the tip keep working.
