Crain 265 Stand-Up Cutter

The Crain 265 Stand-Up Cutter is designed for quick cutting and removal of glued-down carpet. Its hardened steel point penetrates the carpet and helps lift it from the floor so the blade can cut the material into manageable strips as the tool moves forward.

A heavy-duty fiberglass handle adjusts from 50" to 85" to provide a comfortable working position during floor removal. The cutter accepts standard utility and hook-style blades, including Crain No. 295 and No. 996 blades, and uses the replaceable Crain No. 266 cutter point.
