Leister Electric GROOVER 3.5mm Wide Diamond Blade

This 3.5mm wide diamond-coated blade is for use with the Leister Groover for anti-slip flooring. It is one of the additional Electric GROOVER blades available for Leister's electric joint cutter, alongside the trapezium and other blade options.

The Leister Electric GROOVER cuts weld joints in elastic floor coverings made of plastics such as PVC (vinyl), PE, CV, and PUR, and natural materials such as linoleum and rubber. The tool glides on three rollers and cuts a uniform grooving depth even at high speeds, preparing elastic floor coverings for hot air welding and cold application with sealants.

A sharp blade keeps the groove consistent so the seam accepts the welding rod evenly. Blades wear with use, so check the blade edge before starting and replace it when grooves start to look rough or uneven. Keeping a spare diamond blade on hand keeps the groover ready for the next job.
